Tilly continued to thrive well into her 13th year but after a very short illness, just before her 14th
birthday, she went to join her brother once more. She was the Delindere "guard
cat" but in truth she couldn't guard her dinner. Like a lot of house cats
she was fat and lazy. She got on great with the Cockers, sometimes joining them
in their beds, but had been known to put an over adventurous puppy firmly in its
place.
